A useful distinction
A generated meeting room can introduce the idea of planning without depicting an actual committee. Problems arise if its caption names a real gathering or presents it as documentation. The same distinction applies to invented charts and project scenes.
Put it into practice
Caption the image as a fictional illustration and keep it separate from actual event evidence. Use genuine permission-based documentation when reporting a real event. Do not combine a fictional image with an invented testimonial or a claim about people who were never present.
